Introduction

Posology

Adults, seniors, and children over the age of 12


Take one or two tablets, up to a maximum of six tablets, every 4-6 hours, during a 24-hour period.


Pediatric population

children under the age of 12 should not use arinac.


Liver and kidney insufficiency

In individuals with mild to severe renal or hepatic impairment, no dose reduction is necessary. Use the smallest effective dose possible.


Administration strategy

  • A present or previous history of peptic ulcer disease or hemorrhage (two or more distinct episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding).
  • People who have thyroid disease, closed-angle glaucoma, diabetes, or phaeochromocytoma.
  • Patients who have experienced a hemorrhagic stroke.
  • People with heart illness, blood vessel issues, prostatic hypertrophy, hypertension, coronary artery disease, angina pectoris, tachycardia, or hemorrhagic disease.

Special warning and precautions

  • It is best to avoid taking arinac together with nsaids, including cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitors.
  • By utilizing the smallest effective dose for the shortest amount of time necessary to control symptoms, adverse effects can be reduced (see gi and cardiovascular risks below)
  • Unless otherwise instructed by a physician or healthcare expert, medication should be discontinued if symptoms worsen, last for more than three days, or patients encounter any other symptoms unrelated to the initial ailment.
  • Elderly: gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, which can be fatal, occur more frequently in the elderly when using nsaids.
  • Gi hemorrhage, ulceration, or perforation: all nsaids have been linked to gi bleeding, ulceration, or perforation, which can be fatal, at any point during treatment, with or without warning symptoms or a prior history of significant gi events.
  • Arinac should be stopped from being given to patients if they develop gi bleeding or ulcers.
  • Cerebral and cardiovascular effects.

Instructions for arinac tablet

The adult dosage is 60 mg administered orally, orally every 4 to 6 hours. After eating a meal, take an arinac tablet.
