InstaCare may, but is not obligated to, have Content reviewed by its editorial personnel. However, the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of all Content cannot be guaranteed.
Neither the authors, editorial personnel, nor any other party involved in preparing or publishing such Content guarantees that it is complete or accurate or accepts responsibility for errors or omissions.
You are encouraged to independently verify important information through appropriate sources and seek advice from a qualified Healthcare Provider where necessary.

As part of the registration process, you may be required to provide an email address and create a password or other credentials for accessing certain Services (“Credentials”).
You are responsible for keeping your Credentials private and must not share them with others. You should immediately notify InstaCare if you believe your password or account has been stolen, compromised, or accessed without authorization by contacting hello@instacare.pk.

If you provide medical history or other healthcare information on behalf of yourself or a third party, you represent that you have the necessary authorization to provide that information. Where requested, such information may be shared with the Healthcare Provider you select.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of information you provide, including information submitted through medical history forms.
InstaCare may use information provided through such forms in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Regardless of whether you are a member or whether you schedule or intend to schedule an appointment through the Services, if you are a Healthcare Provider or another person or entity operating in the healthcare or medical industry, you acknowledge and agree that:
(A) You will not use the Services to access or use pricing, availability, or other Content for purposes unrelated to your legitimate use of the Services as a patient or prospective patient.
(B) You will not use the Services to establish, attempt to establish, or enforce any agreement or coordination concerning prices, products, services, customer categories, output restrictions, market allocation, or other arrangements that may violate applicable competition or antitrust laws.
(C) You will not use the Services to engage in anti-competitive, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise unlawful practices.
InstaCare may from time to time add new Services, replace existing Services with new Services, or discontinue or suspend existing Services or portions thereof.
Information about new Services may be provided through the Site or Services, and your use of such Services will be governed by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable additional terms.
InstaCare will not be liable to you or any third party for the suspension, modification, or discontinuation of any Service or portion of the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including links provided through search results or other platform features.
Some third-party websites may contain material that is inaccurate, objectionable, or unlawful. Such links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by InstaCare.

You may have opportunities to submit feedback about your experiences with Healthcare Providers, make inquiries concerning healthcare needs, and participate in other interactive features of the Site (“Posted Information”).
You are responsible for ensuring that Posted Information is lawful, accurate, appropriate, and does not violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable policies.
InstaCare reserves the right to investigate violations and, at its discretion, take appropriate action, including removing Posted Information, restricting access to the Services, or terminating an account.
By submitting Posted Information through the Services, you grant InstaCare and its contractors a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, adapt, edit, translate, and create derivative works from such Posted Information for purposes related to operating, improving, and providing the Services.
This license includes the right to combine Posted Information with information submitted by other users for purposes such as creating and maintaining searchable databases of reviews and healthcare-related information.
All Content available through the Site and Services is owned by InstaCare or its licensors, or is used with permission, and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
InstaCare grants you permission to access and use Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
You may print, download, or store information from the Site for your personal convenience, but you may not copy, distribute, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise misuse the Content or the Site or Services without appropriate authorization.
Except where expressly provided, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you through your use of the Site or Services. All rights not expressly granted remain with InstaCare or the applicable rights holder.

These exclusions may include claims relating to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, work interruption, computer failure or malfunction, commercial losses, or medical malpractice or negligence attributable to Healthcare Providers accessed through the Services, even if InstaCare was aware or should reasonably have been aware of the possibility of such damages.
InstaCare may suspend or terminate your registration or access to the Site or Services immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions or other applicable policies or terms.
InstaCare may also suspend or terminate accounts for other legitimate reasons, including prolonged inactivity, subject to applicable law.
InstaCare shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination or suspension of your access to the Site or Services.
Following termination or deactivation, you must not attempt to access or use the Site or Services unless InstaCare expressly permits you to do so.
Sections that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, shall remain effective after termination.
Upon request by InstaCare, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InstaCare, its employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, parent companies, affiliates, suppliers, successors, and assigns from liabilities, claims, demands, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
(a) your access to the Site;
(b) your use of the Services; or
(c) your violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy, or your violation of the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
This indemnification obligation does not apply to liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from InstaCare's own gross negligence or intentional misconduct, to the extent applicable under law.
Electronic Contracting
By using the Services and/or registering with InstaCare, you acknowledge that your affirmative action constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies governing your use of the Services.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
InstaCare may modify these Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on the Site. InstaCare may also attempt to notify users through other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Site or Services after updated Terms & Conditions are posted constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Site and Services.
Limitation of Claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no action arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Any action brought after this period may be barred.
Choice of Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as applicable to agreements made and performed within Pakistan.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable supplemental terms, policies, rules, or guidelines posted through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and InstaCare concerning your use of the Services and supersede previous agreements relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent possible in accordance with applicable law, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of InstaCare to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not form part of these Terms & Conditions or affect their interpretation.
Assignment
InstaCare may assign or transfer these Terms & Conditions, including to a parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or successor entity, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, or other transfer of the business.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to independently register for and use the Site and Services.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18, or the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction, may use the Site or Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Users under the age of 13 may not independently use the Site or Services.
A parent or legal guardian may use the Site or Services on behalf of a minor child. By doing so, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have the necessary authority to act on behalf of the minor.
By using the Site or Services, you represent that you have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions and comply with them.
The Site is administered in Pakistan and is primarily intended for users in Pakistan. If you access or use the Site or Services from outside Pakistan, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
