Precautions

• This drug should be used with caution in Down's syndrome, in children and elderly, in GERD, diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, autonomic neuropathy, increased blood pressure, conditions characterised by increased heart rate (inceased thyroid hormone, cardiac insufficieny, cardiac surgery), fever, and in people susceptible to narrow-angle glaucoma.
