Directions For Use

• Rinse your toothbrush with water.
• Put a pea-sized amount of doctor toothpaste on your toothbrush.
• Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion.
• Start from the most posterior part of your mouth and then move forward.
• Use a soft back and forth motion, ensuring you reach all parts of your mouth.
• Spit out the toothpaste after brushing.
• Rinse your mouth with plenty of water.
• Brush your teeth for at least two minutes.
