Description

Iron polymaltose is commonly used to prevent and treat different types of anemia caused by low iron levels. This medicine is also used for heart failure, memory and thinking skills, fatigue and many other conditions.

Directions For Use

This medicine should be taken by mouth or as directed by your doctor.

You may take it with or without food.

Warnings

Please avoid alcohol while using this medicine.

Precautions

Patients who are allergic to it and patients with blood disorders such as thalassemia (inherited disorder that makes abnormal or inadequate red blood cells), hepatic (liver) insufficiency, intolerance to iron and iron overload may be sensitive to this medicine.
