Description

Iron sucrose injection is an iron replacement product that is used to treat iron deficiency anemia (not enough iron in the blood) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Directions For Use

Iron sucrose injection comes as a solution (liquid) to inject intravenously (into a vein) by a doctor or nurse in a medical office or hospital outpatient clinic.

Warnings

This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless necessary. The risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before receiving this medicine.

Precautions

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Carafer Injection 100 mg 5 Ampx5 mL , other iron supplements or any other inactive ingredients present along with it.
