Description

Vitamin D analogues are used in treatment of refractory rickets (Vitamin D-resistant rickets), familial hypophosphatemia and hypoparathyroidism, and in the management of hypocalcemia and renal osteodystrophy in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing dialysis.
