• Serofer ferrousbisglycinate (Ferrous glycinate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, folic acid) (bio-complex) is an iron amino acid chelate.
• It is formed by the reaction of ferrous iron with two molecules of the amino acid glycine by a covalent bound in a process called chelation. Vitamins are important building blocks of the body and help keep you in good health.

Directions For Use

• Best absorbed on an empty stomach (usually if taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals).
