Description

Spasler-P syp 60 ml

• Spasler-P 5mg/5ml syrup is composed of hyoscine (5mg).
• Hyoscine blocks the transmission of cholinergic impulses, preventing motion-induced nausea and vomiting.

Directions For Use

• Take this medicine by mouth
• Take this medicine with or without food
• Dose:
• Adults: 3-5 spoons per day
• Children older than 6 years: 3 spoons per day.

Warnings

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or are planning a pregnancy consult your doctor before receiving this medication.

Precautions

• This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from kidney diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. Close monitoring of kidney function appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition of the patient.
• This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from acute porphyria due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
• This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from liver diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects.
