Children between the ages of 2 and 12: a maximum single dose of 15 mg/kg of paracetamol iv, a minimum dosing interval of 4 hours, and a maximum daily dose of 75 mg/kg of paracetamol per day are recommended.

Missed dose

  • If you regularly take chlorpheniramine syrup, take a missed dosage as soon as you remember.
