Description
Dexibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine used to treat moderate to extreme pain, such as menstrual cramps, toothache, and osteoarthritis. Dexibuprofen acts by preventing the action of naturally occurring chemicals in the body known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes. These enzymes aid in the production of other compounds in the body known as prostaglandins. By inhibiting the action of COX enzymes, lesser prostaglandins are generated, hence reducing inflammation and pain.
Directions For Use
Take Dexibuprofen with food; ideally, at mealtime. This will prevent your stomach from negative effects including stomach discomfort and indigestion.
Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.

Precautions
This medicine must be used with caution by patients with history of stomach ulcers and bleeding, alcoholics, mild to moderate kidney and liverdisorders, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, asthma, hypertension and Systemic lupus erythematosus (auto-immune skin disorder). Elderly and long-term therapy patients must be monitored closely.
