Directions For Use

• Take with or without food.
• Take with food if it causes an upset stomach.
• If you take this medicine (lorazepam tablets) on a regular basis take a missed dose as soon as you think about it.
• Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses.

Warnings

• This drug may pose risks to your pregnancy therefore please do not take this medicine without consulting your doctor first.
• Consult your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
• Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine.
• Avoid driving and doing other tasks or actions that call for you to be alert until you see how this medicine (lorazepam tablets) affects you.

Precautions

• Do not take this medicine (lorazepam tablets) for longer than you were told by your doctor.
• If you have been taking this medicine (lorazepam tablets) on a regular basis and you stop it all of a sudden, you may have signs of withdrawal. Do not stop taking this medicine (lorazepam tablets) all of a sudden without calling your doctor. Tell your doctor if you have any bad effects.
• If you are 65 or older, use this medicine (lorazepam tablets) with care. You could have more side effects.
• Use with care in children.Talk with the doctor.
