Directions For Use
- Take zoloft with or without food at the same time each day.
Warnings
- You should not use zoloft if you also take pimozide, or if you are being treated with methylene blue injection.
- Do not use zoloft if you have used an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days such as isocarboxazid, linezolid, methylene blue injection, phenelzine, rasagiline, selegiline, or tranylcypromine.
Precautions
- Before taking sertraline, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients (such as latex found in the medicine dropper, tartrazine found in some brands), which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
- Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: personal orfamily history of bipolar/manic-depressive disorder, bleeding problems, liver disease, seizure disorder, thyroid disease, personal or family history of glaucoma(angle-closure type).
